The AdVision Modules menu is the launching point for all activities
within the AdVision system. After logging in with a user ID and password,
each user is presented with a customized menu based on the permissions
assigned by the System Administrator.
Click on the icons in the sample menu below, on the summary
titles that follow, or on the AdVision Tour navigator at left to take
a tour of the AdVision modules.
Accounts Receivable:
The AR module is a comprehensive, custom ad sales billing package. It
contains all the reports you need to track receivables and export data
to third party accounting and general ledger systems.
Avails Inventory:
Real-time access to inventory, sales levels and performance compared to
budget. View by time range, program, program type and/or dayparts, aggregated
or non-aggregated by zone and/or network.
Base File Maintenance:
Contains vital setup information such as customers, account executives,
industry codes, rep firms, agencies, offices, revenue classes, insertion
zones and miscellaneous changes.
Channel Matrix:

Contract Import:
Provides an interface to third party research and proposal-generating
tools such as CableScan and Griffin Reports.
Contract Management:
Featuring complete flexibility in order writing, the contract management
module provides for total control in flight requirements, including:
- time of day
- program selection by title or type
- dayparts by network
- spot rates
- zones and headeds
- ad copy groups
- priority level
- percentage of inventory fill

Media Master:
The MSP is the heart of the system's scheduling activities. This system
wide resource operates in real time using patent pending dynamic scheduling
technology to deliver optimized schedules for maximum revenues.
Network Grid:
View and edit network program/avails schedules from the network programming
grid. The schedule for a network includes title, type and description
of each avails allocation. The generic content is produced by VisionTel's
Network Information Center and downloaded to each AdVision customer.

Schedule Management:
The schedule manager provide an intuitive user interface for manual control
of the insertion schedules. Any unplaced spots may be manually placed
using the simple "drag and drop" method.
